Our course is offered as an 9 1/2 week, 60 hour course. The price is $448.87 per person which includes your tuition and materials. You can't beat the atmosphere we offer at our office. Process of Obtaining a Real Estate License:
1. Sign up to take the 60 Hour, 9 1/2 week Pre License Course in OUR Office!
2. Take and Pass the Course Exam with 80% or Higher
3. Pass the State Exam
4. Find an Office to work for and a Broker that will hang your license! (OUR Office will be the FIRST to offer you a job!)
5. Pay the Initial License Fee and MLS Dues (This will Vary)
6. You are NOW a Licensed REALTOR with the State of Alabama!
